Some easy basic shields

I'm sure this stuff has been posted but I've decided to list a few that works for me.

1. Bubble shield: Imagine a bubble of energy around you, protecting you until you feel the security in it.

2. Light shield: Imagine a white light slowly surrounding you. Feel the light around you and inside you, wrapping you in a coccoon of light.

3. Dark shield: Same principle but I also like to use that as bubble shields.

4. Elemental shields: This one I don't expect many people to use here because it's sort of complicated and you either have to know your own element or be aware with element bending. What I do here, is gather the energy from just 1 element, let's say fire. I draw energy from the sun, fire, warmth in general, and I form that into a bubble shield. Then you move onto the next element, let's say, Earth. Gather energy from the rocks and the trees and again, form that into a bubble shield.

There are also walls and line barriers but I'm not too familiar with them.

Hey thanks for the great info, the elemental shields sound interesting, i like to work with elements when doing psionics but have never thought of using them in shielding, may have to give it a try thanks again.

How compressed it is -- probably effects how "strong" it is.

yes but for somereason i am incredibly sensitive to energy. so i dont know what its like for other ppl.
