Nikashi Joined: 12 Mar 2006 Posts: 10	I've just recently began to experiment with Astral Projection and OBE's. My first 2 tries led to no noticable results. On the third, I felt a 'pull' on the upper side of my body (I was laying on my back. The pull was on the 'front' of my body). I stayed like that for what seemed to be 5 minutes (I'm not sure on the actual time, sorry.), but nothing further happened. Can anyone tell me if I was close to Astral Projection. If so, what I was doing, if anything, wrong. Any tips that you have would be greatly appreciated.

slowboy Joined: 11 Jun 2006 Posts: 15	Don't worry, just continue what you are doing, because remember being comfortable and being able to relax totally is up to you...However you felt 5 minutes astral time which could probably be god-knows-how-long real time. GOod job keep it up...
