It is extremely easy for me to induce sleep paralysis but stay mentally concious but for some reason everytime I get to that point I always forget the techiniques I know for inducing OBEs. I'll try to explain further.
When I fall into sleep paralysis I get really weird sensations (mostly like someone is hitting me on the forheadhead on my location of my third eye with a small wooden mallet and someone is messing with my hair and poking my neck but I can't really feel it... I suck at explaining it) and they seem to make me panic enough to distract me so I can't remember what to do to get out of my body. Also my heart is racing really hard. Is there a way to make these sensations go away? How come I panic? These sensations aren't frightening but when I try to concentrate I start to panic. Thanks in advance for anyone who can explain these sensations to me ![]() |

wow, I have heard of a simular experince an old friend of mine back in school used to say that he would get paralysed while trying to go to sleep, he would see someone sitting on his chest and he would feel this person tapping his chest. He told me he got shit scared after the first 30 times it happened but after that he got used to him so i think all you can do is get used toit and after the fear has gone you'll ignore it. |
