Hi all.I have a doubt --- When we are trying to move a heavy object after having success with lighter objects,is the WEIGHT of the object making it harder for us to move or is it our thought that "hey, this thing is heavy. Can i move it easily ?Nah,I might need some more practise. " Please clear my doubt.I can say that many others should also be thinking this.If this has been asked before, sorry for the trouble. Please help. |

I think i heard somewhere that wieght is not a factor in PK, its what we think about the objects weight eg. Psi wheel=light Book+heavy. We automatically create a mental barrier that one is heavy then the other. Hope this helps.

I think its both.
Weight does matter because you need more energy to move it, and more force to move it. So you will have to train before you are able to do it. But it also depends on the mind, if you believe weight doesn't matter it is possible that you get it faster. It still needs: Practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice. |

Very true Gonzo, more energy is needed to overcome friction of larger objects. Oh and Smith, trust Gonzo he's just cool, and with an avatar like that he may even be the coolest.

On topic again:
@ terran, I think it is easier with a big object because your mind finds it easier to focus on something big because theres more room to "grab it" |

The bigger the object the easier it is to see so easier to focus on it.
Altough it might look harder because it is bigger that depends on the mind I think. |

Higher dollar softball bats have a larger "Sweet spot" on the barrell. Same concept I guess. Bigger objects have bigger sweet spots, or places that you apply the force. |
