I usually cup my hands as if i'm holding a tennis ball but i can do it in one hand or between my fingers for small ones aswell Razz
it doesn't matter much.
without my hands i can probably make one too but i cannot feel them if i do.

Amthyst i do it like you

or ill do it one handed (it seems much stronger) with it kinda just cupped like im holding a tennis ball.

create the psiball on the same height of my fingers but in the middle.

does anyone else notice flexing your fingers slightly helps?

I cup my hands, with one hand on top of the other.

Pricemac: That looks like a bloody mess in the mall. Glad I wasn't there.
