For the last couple days it's like i've been completely struggling to move psi wheel actually worse then my first day right now. However, I've noticed that just a bit ago, there was a segment in my arm that was hurting like somebody jabbing a needle into the spot and then wiggling it around. When I upped my psi usage or attempted to the pain increased dramatically and I had red streaking up my arm from that spot. I would appreciate any feed back on this, as I have no idea if it's blockage, aura related or what but it's to bloody painful. I did try to take an image of it and then auto contrast it so that it be easier to see the red streaking and also went over to paint and circled the spot where the pain originated.

Ack.. how do I do photo it just doesn't seem to work for me?

....looks like a vein...but what I always do is meditate and and move the energy all through my body and whatnot...mehbeh some healing?

When I do healing, it is not painful, in fact it takes away pain and then the natural body healing process speed is increased enormously

It may be related to blood flow, I mean there are tons of theories on how psi and pk works. Maybe you subconciously increase your blood pressure when you pratice pk? See if you can test or something. Nina whatsherface (the soveit woman) apparentely died of increased blood pressure when she did pk. So it may be that, or just a coincidence...

Try some grounding. Send some old energy away and draw some new energy from the earth. Get a fresh batch. For some reason that works for me when I've had that problem.
