cryo Joined: 13 May 2006 Posts: 67	i visualize a water like substance around my body to protect me from psi attacks my absorbing the energy or i change it from water to ice so the energy is reflected if i don't feel like absorbing energy. i was wondering what do other people visualize or use as a shield?
