hmmm, would that work though MikeV? Without the mouse there is no way of inputting the data without knowing binary code! It's either a virus, dust, OR a fault in the mouse which makes it move becauseyou are making it do it. Without the way of imputting data (mouse), there is nothing to read. You would need to dig deeper into the comp and try and manipulate the data that is being processed to appear on the screen. It would be way easier with the mouse, perhaps just turn it upside down? Pretty simple, don't you think? Unless your mouse can read air currents. |

You guys ought to try it. I was like "no way" at first. Shoot it really does work. I got it to shake a lot and got it to actually move to the left.

Lol, I don't dare try it as whenever I use any kind of strong psi around my comp the monitor screen will show wiggly movements like there's a faulty connection even though every thing is perfectly fine. Don't want to destroy this poor thing lol

Doesn't the cursor still appear without a mouse connected? I am pretty sure it does. I dont think you have to have the mouse connected, you aren't trying to move the mouse, just the cursor...so, unplug the mouse like mikev said, and move the cursor. I think some of ya try to make it to complex when all you are trying to do is move something.

Try setting the mouse sensitivity to really high, then really low, and see if it makes any difference, so you can determine whether it's the mouse or cursor you're moving.
