For those of you who have moved past psiwheels I have a question for you. Right now, I've decided to go from psiwheels to spinning a nickel standing up on its side. It's a lot tougher because you have to slide it a little and unless you're intentionally breathing hard AT the nickel, it won't move from your breath. I figured it would be good to work with the nickel because I'm doing the same motion as a psiwheel, spinning it. In the past(about a year ago) I worked with rolling a ping pong ball and I got it to roll once but I'm not sure if I was doing it or something else because I could only do it that once. But when I was working with the ping pong ball I pretty much lost my ability to spin the psiwheel. What would you suggest for moving on to the nickel? Should I keep working with the psiwheel and work on the nickel part of the session too? Or do you think it would be more effective just staring at the nickel the entire time? |

You could try what I'm doing now and go with a small piece of tin foil screwed up. Or a metal pen lid, may seem supprising, but a metal one is easier to roll than a plastic one, much more round. |

Hmmm... Nickl might be quite hard for someone getting off the psiwheel. Maybe try a folded piece of tinfoil or something. I roll a mountain dew can. |
