If u'r haveing trouble with the psiwheel or just want to try a new way try this.
put u'r wrists together(the side with the veins...) and open up u'r hands. you should have some kinda U shape, anyway, take this and put it really close to the psiwheel and just see the psi wheel spin like crazy. it's my best hand position and i just got 200+ spins in 2minutes using it (i don't advise that though because my arms are now sore and i had double vision for about an hour... good luck! |

Yea, I'd say different positions work for different people. Right now my subc is used to sort of an odd balance where I can spin the psiwheel well with my left hand laying down or my right hand standing up, but not as much the other way around. It's just because I've gotten used to the motion. I remember a few years ago, my brother and I were really in practice and I was trying to set a record for the longest continuous spin, I had the foil wheel going for an hour and 30 minutes! I wish I could still do that, but now I just think of that as completely unnecessary. I think that day I got home from school(back when I was still in highschool) and started and had to stop because my mom said it was time to eat! I think once you get past a certain point where you can remove enough psychological blocks, keeping a perpetual spin isn't so bad. |
