Mrak930 Joined: 03 Apr 2006 Posts: 37	im not sure if i had one or now. a few nights ago i was very tired it was about 3:00am, anyways i went to bed then after 5 or 10 minutes it felt like i was being spun out of my body can i could see my ceiling. At that point i was like holy crap am i having an obe? then i was quickly spun back into my body. the whole thing most have lasted less then half a second. was this an obe or some kind of RV, or what? anyways i was the coolest/scariest thing that has ever happend.

MikeV Joined: 02 Apr 2006 Posts: 402	Yep OBE, you made the most common mistake that everyone makes when they first start to detach form their body; you did the "o shit im leaving my body" thing and then the feeling goes away, keep at it try to make the feeling passive.
