I'm still quite novice when it comes to lifting things. I've had some results, but I still have that mental blockade I'm working with. The best technique you can use is what feels natural for you. Don't make this your technique unless it feels comfy for you, but I tend to focus on the bottom side of an object when I'm trying to lift. It just makes me think that it will be easier to lift from the bottom. But again, this may or not may work for you. Just do what feels natural.

When ever I've tried to levitate something I focus on the bottom of the object as tblake said. I really suck at it (I mean really Laughing) but it seems to work better then anything else I've tried. Just try to focus on the psi going underneath the object and forcing it upword. Good luck!

Yeah many people say to try to push UP with psi.Secondly, many of us say that levitation is a hard event to accomplish. Rolling Eyes The only one I know who seems to be able to do it is NI(according to his pic.) Just keep practicing.... Confused

I'm not sure if you guys know who float is, but a year ago he had a video out of him levitating a quarter in a glass container. I think the main reason levitation would be difficult is that you have to be able to come up with the resistance of the full weight of the object. Then you have to get the motion down, while keeping the object steady as it rises in the air.

I'm sure we could all use good old Rainsong wisdom right about now. Smile

If you wait for other people to do the work for you it will never get done.
