if you can give me any good information about the 7 herns please tell me or give me link to them because i was tring to sense them in my brain while meditating and i sensed them all after that i sensed all my brain and get strong pain in whole my brain and it was like going to blow up and untill now while im writting my 5 hern is paining me much Sad .

omg it hert like hell T.T , that is because of http://www.uyta.com/book2/thought.html

i saw its herns but i did not know that it might hert but i draw lines from all herns to the 7th hern instead the draw that he draw it is that wrong?
