hi, im going to be painting my room a new colour tomorrow, its been red for like 5 years and im sick of it and it really does get me angry being in there. so what colour do you think would be good that could make me feel good to help my focus when doing PK?

sorry if this is not the right forum but its somewhat related to psychokinesis.

Red = power, impulsively, sexuality and increases one's appetite.

Yellow = intelligence, joy, and organization

Blue = tranquility, love, acceptance, patience, understanding and cooperation

Orange = steadfastness, courage, confidence, friendliness, and cheerfulness

Green = hope, growth, good health, freshness, soothing, sharing, and responsiveness

For a conductive setting for PK, I would really just go with plain jane white. Sure it's not all exciting or whatever but theres no need for it to be:
1)If it was all exciting and fun you would be looking more around your room and have less concentration on PK
2)Nothing clashes with white Laughing
Thats just my opinion, however, do what makes you happy!

In my case, is harder for me to do TK in a room painted of yellow, the bright of this color does not allow me concentrate.

Pink is soooo cute!
Just kidding.

Anyways..
1) Bright paint is tiresome for the eyes.
2) Dark shades make rooms look smaller.
3) Take on acount your lights, you can create a truly neat atmosphere for your room, by painting in shades in which your lights/lamps look good.

I would also go with the white, simply to stop you being distacted. Although, distraction can be good when practicing pk, like when the phone rings and the psiwheel goes mad. Why not ask everyone elses room colour is and see if they notice it while doing pk and if any factors can affect it?
Mine is a cream white and I pay no attention to my wall colour at all.

(edit) W00t! 700 posts! Very Happy

Having vibrant colours in your bedroom is not a good idea in my opinion. Its supposed to be a place of rest so being surrounded by loud colours doesn't seem to be a very good way of getting a relaxed atmosphere. Neutral colours also present less of a distraction when it comes to concentrating. I heard somewhere that red is especially bad for a bedroom.
