Okay just recently I felt like I was in my body observing what I was doing like I was trappped while my body was moving unconsciencely. Anyone else have this experience?

i have this when i do precog control stuff. i seem to see things in third person. in your case ot could have been an OBE =] although thats not really my field, im sure others will fill you in

The first day of my remembering I have a lot.
I woke up one day at about age four and a half with a group of dreams in third person. To bad they were from my earlier years.
These memories were during the time I had cancer(from a 1.5 to 4 years) one of them was me watching me be wheeled to a MRI.

MRI stands for magnetic resonance imaging
