For me the ping pong ball was pretty hard, i wouldn't suggest it. But it's not like it wont roll if you try, i just found it hard.

Wow, thanks for offering your two cents worth people. It's nice of y'all to provide expedient help on how/what to roll. Thanks. |

Check out JoeT's experiment that is sticky in this forum. My point is not that lighter things are supposed to be just as easy as heavy things to move, but only that my personal experience leads to our subconcious mind putting limitations on what our concious mind can direct for safety reasons.
With that being said, something lighter is usually much easier to move, reason being that your subconcious believes that to be true. Remember your subconcious doesn't just take anything the concious mind thinks and does it, you must convince your subconcious that what you ask of it is a good idea. I would recommend reading this article. Try things that have less friction and are lighter because they make sense to be easier to move. I mean they are easier for you to move physically right? Once again, makes sense to the subconcious. Please don't mistake what I just said to mean that you can move anything you'd like if you just realize that you can. This is not how your subconcious works. But don't take my word for it, try out many different objects and see what works for you, the great thing about TK is that your feedback is visual. |

i make it as big as possible, i found that small ballons "look more heavy" than bigs ones, my minds thinks the small one fell faster than the big one therefor it must be harder to move, depends how your mind thinks... | ||

I am currently using a cigarette. Of course, this would only work if you have cigarettes...dont start smoking for PK. lol. I am only practicing with it under glass though, reasoning being that if you start with the wheel under glass, and then try it in the open, its a piece of cake....i would guess that would apply to all things, thus giving you less time to teach urself how to move something. Just an idea...
Besides, cigs are very light, and very cylindrically (is that a word?) smooth. |
