Hi as my subject line shows, im quite new at this. although it is my third day it seems i might have some results. I started meditating then put all my concentration on the psi wheel. I kind of felt it and it even began to do a little shake. I tried to move it in a clockwise motion but it only moved a tad bit that way, I tried harder but it just kept kind of vibrating. My question is, how long does it take to actually get it moving?

varies from person to person. me a couple days. try no to concentate on teh psiwheel it will haopmper yor ability
