hey i decided to make a video of me moving the psiwheel just for fun and to see if i could do it while being recorded. Well, i moved it. its not very good quality, and the movement is pretty slight. i was sitting about a foot and half - two feet away from it with my arms at my sides. i always try to practice without hands because i don't want to get into a bad habit. well anyway, it isn't much...but here it is.

like i said its not much. just watch the edges of the wheel. i'll keep trying and see if i can get a better video up.

you needto train your focus better. at ekeat your not using any hands thou thats always godd to see. and joes right put it up there in the sticky
