I have read in some articles that psychokinesis takes a lot of concentration while in others it says to just do it. No thought required. Aren't the 2 methods contridictory?
By the way, I have had no succes with pk what-so-ever and I have tried many methods. I've tried tricking my sub-c, hard focus, hand gestures, commanding my sub-c, "just doing it", and others. |

I'm a "just do it" but the result isn't the same as when I focus and meditat before.
Meditat before = better results |

Well, it does take concentration, but not as much as one might think. You have to clear your mind of all thought and distractions, and then focus your entire attention on the psiwheel.
Establish that you will move the psiwheel, and connect with it. I visualize this as a piece of string connecting my third eye to the psiwheel. I use my hands if necessary, but whatever floats your boat. Then visualize the string pulling on the psiwheel. And shaking is a very good sign. But then again, I'm a "just-do-it" person. And that's how I got started. And go with Pngu. Meditate, always helps in the long run.. |

I'm not exactly sure what method I use, but all I seem to need to do is put my hand next to the wheel and stare at it. It moves...
Odd, and it might not work for you, but it does for me. |

What I think is that when you are getting started, it can help if you have a lot of concentration, but eventually it comes naturally, and then you just do it. Some people compare it to walking. You had to concentrate when you started, but now, you do it whenever you want. |

i always concentrate. but i don't concentrate on the psiwheel moving. i look at it, visualize some type of connection and continue looking at it. i try not to think about anything and just let my body relax. As soon as i am relaxed and have a decent "connection" it starts to move. |

I preferably use the "just do it" method, I don't concentrate that much, I don't even want to think how I'm doing it, I just let it happen. |
