ok well i want to lift an object up and i can feel the force but i jus can't make it strong enough i know i'm only 14 but i want to do it and i need help on how to make the psi wheel spin i can rock it but i an't spin it so plz help

I think it would PROBABLY be better learning to spin the psi wheel first before you lift something up lol.
Just have patience with you, I honestly don't believe there is THAT much advice anyone can give you here.
Theres quite a good amount of threads about it though, Check A thread that was started by NI, Rather awesome.
But good luck anyway..Do it your own way and you'll get there in no time at all Smile

well i also wanna try to control fire and ice tho too cuz like water and fire are like rivals so if i conquor both of them then i would be really happy hehe yea i tried this like almost a year ago for my first time and i knocked the paper right off the psi wheel then the day after that i couldn't even budge it so i'm like wtf so yea i'll keep practicing.

Obviously, levitation is much harder than merely spinning/sliding something. I'd advise practicing on something a decent amount bigger and get good at that, then try levitating something smaller. Like, be able to roll and slide a pencil, then go back and try to make your psi wheel levitate.

Tissue, I would expect to be one of the easiest object/materials to levitate, or a very light feather.

I'm currently using hair it's very light aswell.
(Altough my results are minimal I think it's pretty good.)

well i can't even spin my psi wheel which is makin me mad lol but yea it was weird tho when i knocked it off that one night
