It is possible to bend spoons with your mind. As for the method to doing it, I really don't know. You can pull alot of results from searching the web. Lots of information on it. Try www.fork-you.com

I have had sucess with spoon/fork bending so i would say it is very much possible. Either that or im crazy. Shocked

And not only that, but it's not even really doing so with your mind. True, your mind is a HUGE help, but what basically happens is this: You use psi (although the site doesn't specifically call it so) and put it in the fork. Then you become distracted for several minutes. Occasionally, check the spoon and attempt to bend it WITH YOUR HANDS. Eventually, the spoon will be as easily bent as a thin piece of rubber.
