1. Yes, all you have to do is think it, or as i do make a trigger e.g. every time you say a word think and of yourself back inside your body, then after a while simply by saying that word you will be back in your body.
2. I honestly dont know the answer to this question all the times ive obed ive never checked!!! i think you cant wear physical clothes on the astral plane so i guess your naked you could always manifest clothes onto yourself. But i see no need to wear clothes you cant feel cold BE FREE!!!!! ![]() |

2) Never checked, but according to Robert Bruce your appearance out of body is however you subconsciously believe yourself to appear - thus, you generally appear younger, fitter, slimmer, and better looking than in reality. I would imagine that this would also mean that you're wearing clothes, unless you're a nudist or something.

Yup, but you can also just be a bright ball of light or a huge pink elephant, basically, you can morph yourself just like you want to, doesn't mean others will see you as this though.

That brings up the real answer to your question: who's looking? I haven't heard many stories of people seeing other people in OBE from sources whose sanity I don't seriously question. |
