Hey folks, I've read into this new out-of-body experience , although I knew of it for a while, I thought it required some hallucinogens or something. Anyway I did a little technique, put each of my body parts to sleep 1 at a time, then entered a small trance, I could almost picture what I was thinking, almost like I could see my room with my eyes closed, but not quite. Anyway my mind was rambling as I lay in my bed. Then all of the sudden silence, I remembered a tiny bit that I was trying to get an OBE and this silence was a bit weird. I started to try and think that my legs and feet were, where my head and neck are, and ect. To confuse my mind. Anyway I start giving up and go to sleep and lay on my side. This night, I get like 3 Lucid dreams, all were fully lucid, I was walking around my neighborhood, jumping really high and stuff. Usual lucid dream stuff. I was just curious could some of these techniques enduce lucid dreams, or was this a big cowinkiedink, and is there a way to get an OBE from lucid dreams. I've heard this somewhere in the forum.
BTW: I've had many lucid dreams and I'm used to this "stage" in dreaming. Maybe theres a way to acheive absolute lucidity and communicate with my body. Or picture myself looking at my body, to leave my body. ![]() |

Yes, practicing astral projections usually really helps with lucid dreaming. |
