psychic muscles question?

i read about some people here talk about psychic muscles like they say they can feel muscle in their head while doing tk and to have strong tk they practice their psychic muscles in their head to have strong tk.

can someone tell me how i can feel it or how i can train it or give me any information about that please?

Well it's not really something you can be taught to feel - you just have a sensation in your head while doing TK - at least that's what I've felt.

I've also noticed that it's not something that's really subtle - if it's there, I can definatly feel it.

I'd suggest you sit and relax and note any feelings in your head - physical sensations - then when you're doing TK and get the wheel moving, check to see if it feels the same.

I don't think these sensations are necessary, but I'm sure you can anchor skills to physical sensations, and then create those sensations in your head whenever you want to use the skill.

all i can feel while doing tk tickling in my forehead ( the place it called third eye ) . or if i use my hands i feel tickling in my forehead and tingling or something like putting your fingers near tv screen worked for long time.

by the way by just thing of psi or tk or other things connected with psi energy my forehead strat to tickling.

I don't really feel the tickling at all. Though I've heard loads of people that do.

I do and use it. I thought the "Muscle" refered to your PK, endurance? or strength. Like how it's hard to move a psi wheel, but with practice it's nothing.
