well for me about 3 months now and the heavest thing i could do was ppencil lead. it sucks because if you take a break frompractice just fo a da or 2 your skills decline drasticly. sometimes it seems hardly worth the time you pt intoo it

that's not true. when i first started i rarely practiced, maybe once a week or so. recently, i'm practicing about 2 or 3 days a week. when i did practice every day, my results were great (moving doors). it all depends on how much you practice, and how serious you are about it. this concept has been covered throughout the entire site-i figured it went without saying, that's why i didn't add it in my post.

Well, every day since I first did PK (about a week) I've been practicing. I think I'm going to keep it up, because PK is so addictive!

Foil psiwheel really easily
Paper psiwheel with lots of concentration - managed properly for the first time today.
Plastic Straw I think - balanced it on the edge of my desk, and tried to knock it off, it wobbled a bit.

It works differently for everyone. Just because some one took two days off and they can't move it anymore, doesn't mean that the same will happen to you. And just because it took someone 5 years to do something, doesn't mean it will take that long for you. But anyways...
I've been doing this for like a year and the biggest thing I can move is a paperback book. (Hardcore practicing, 3 hours and 30 min., with 20 min breaks, a day)
