ive done telekinesis with hands and no hands before but is there anyone that has any tips on doing it without hands? it is so much harder in my opinion

Once, I tried to lift a pencil without hands. about an hour into it, the phone rang. It surprised me and the pencil went flying. try getting a friend to make a noise at a random time while you're trying to manipulate something. Hope this helps!

yea now that i remeber when i was trying to movethe psi wheel my friend called and ass soon as the phone rang i started spinning fast.

Try doing Psychokinesis at long distances.

Try pulling your hand slowly away when you are doing it.

Personaly, I don't think it's too hard to do it without hands.

yea my max distance was 3 feet when i was doing it everyday but ive bee slacking latley

My max distance is probably about 10 feet, but I could go furthur if I had room. When I practice at a distance, the psiwheel wobbles more than it turns, but I can usually knock it off in under 10 seconds. When I use hands I can make it spin really fast.

when i practice with the psiwheel from a far distance, it barely declines in speed and control. i don't know, i just think of it like putting a glass over the psiwheel. you assume it is harder, therefore it will be(see joe t's experiment thread)

lmao @ ass. my max is about one and a half arms length. i usually project through my solar plexus when practicing without my hands. the hands just serve as a mental crutch, they make you feel closer to the wheel, which makes the whole process seem easier.

the trick to PK is to not think about it. i realised that when i started pondering the physics and logic of it, it lacked...the wheel went nowhere. my brain knows whats going on so why question it? let your sub c do it.

just look at it, dont try to think. just get comfortable and go. i find it easiest to do this when im a little tired, because my thoughts dont wonder and i dont fidgit as much...

In the small burst of my time in doing PK, i had no hands, and it didnt affect my experience whatsoever. i just believed that it would move.

i can sort a of do it with no hands now but when i do it my heats starts beating semi fast and stuff but i think ill get over that. and your hands have a aura around them wicht helps in tk so visualization isnt everything.
