Ive begun being able to make psiballs pretty fast as well, within a minute if all is well, mostly within 15 secunds or so, thou I like to spendt minutes making it stronger and see how much stronger I can make it, it is my experiance that is a great way to improve your psiball ability.

Anyway, the reason (I think) that I now am able to make psi balls this fast is I dropped the part about moving the psi through your stomack as it was suggested in the "guide", insted I imagine my hands as a sort of radar from which the energy comes to from the outside (it is different which source I use, still havent found one I really like, thou im experimenting with some stuff at the moment which seems to work pretty good) and then focus my hands to guide that energi into the centre between my hands. The result is very different depending on my mood, and what im focusing on as energy source. But usually if I dont got all sort of things in my head and feel for it I can create a psiball this way pretty fast.

But im unsure if it would be an even stronger psiball if I did it by focusing the energy in my body first before sending it to my hands, since its some time ago since I did that.

I can make them almost instantly, but don't have the attention span to keep working on them for more than a minute. If I want to make a strong one I have to work for a minute, shell it and have it follow me around, and then do another minute later, and just keep doing it that way.

Has anyone actually worked on a psi ball for more than 30minutes? Man, No. Just no.

I have made a psiball for 30 minutes, it was the first time I could actually move a psiball to point A to point B then back to point A agian without it going away.

Well it takes a few minutes for me, basically I just get an unruly mass of energy that is warm. One time I felt a shock, it was wierd but I'm getting closer to getting it to stay in shape.

I only need about 10-15 seconds to make a somewhat weak one and shell it. I'm still working on flaring, though.

I skipped the whole entire "moving the psi" part too. I just somehow, magically form one. It's like my will just harnesses it. All I do is put my hands in the postion, think about it, and concentrate and it happens.

It takes me a few seconds to get a magnetic (about the force of holding water in your hands) flaring psiball. But if I want to make the feeling stronger (about the force of an inflated balloon), i'll work on it for ~5 minutes. But for some reason, the flaring sometimes seems to diminish as I add more energy.

But I still can't shell it or anything.

yeah!! the same for me! It takes me about 3 seconds to feel it without visualizing it.
I've been practicing about 2 weeks and I still can't shell or anything else too...

what about you now?

30 seconds. adding energy, as long as i want until my head starts going numb. Shocked Thats usually a sign that i added too much and my mind's getting weak. But mainly 30 seconds, and its getting faster every time. also strong enough to make visible ones. (barely visible, i havent practiced enough for a ful vis. one) Razz
