yestarday i was training and it was easy to spin the psi wheel then while spining it it was not complatly balanced so while spinning it balanced so it take my attention and make me happy so when i try again i hardly make it move little then i try again and again and no spin only little moves then i changed my hand shape from stop sign to others shapes and it moved better and some times it spined 180 degree then i changed my hand place make it just little far from psi wheel and it spined 1 time .

all that make me crazy because place , hand shape , thoughts and others all effect on tk Sad and i dont know whitch is best for me <.< .

After you accomplish this task so to speak, you become exited and then next time you try, leading to failure, at least in my experience.
