ok there is something really wrong here because i have been tring tk for about 3 years and i hav had no success. I have tried all the techniques and everything. I even stop tring for a month to focus on psi and ki. Now it could be that i have a problem concentrating but i tried trancing for about a month and had no success tried mediting to but i cant keep thoughts out of my head. This is really bugging me because i been tring this for so long with the slightest bit of success and i cant give up so does anyone have any advice that could help me.

wow. Well since it seems like you have practiced, i guess i cant say that to you. Since you have tried every article, try mine. I doubt you have seen my articles because they are not very findable. here is a link to them:

From reading your post, your problem seems to be your utter frustration and obsession from lack of results. Getting frustrated gets nothing accomplished and blocks you from success. Don't practice and expect results. Practice and let results come to you, don't command them to you.

well, not being able to do PK for 3 years would frustrate the hell out of me! I dont blame him.

I developed a way to get around short focus time because when i was little, i had a tumor in my short term memory lobe of my brain. It effected my attention span and i still have an impared one now. But hey, i get PK done very well! (there you go. A fact about me that no one here (except maybe a couple) knew.)

Isn't there meant to be a connection between ADHD kids, and a natural instinct for psi? - their attention spans are shorter.
