Ok, this is by no means the "correct" method, or better than anyone else's, in fact, in my method, I tend to have AOL problems (however that doesn't stop me from having about a 75% accuracy rating with Precog and I don't attempt regular RV enough to know how well it works).

My method, short and sweet:

Lie down, and get confortable, and either be on the phone with someone (or have someone in the room to relay the information to), or sit down with a pen and a pad, ready to scribble. Shut off all the lights and anything that's making noise, and visualize your chakras opening and flooding with energy (do a google search on chakras, and I'm pretty sure it's important to get the color right when you do this, in order from base to crown, it's red, orange, gold, pink/green, blue, purple, and white). I concentrate heavily on the 6th and 7th chakras, and when I work on my 7th chakra, I visualize it connecting to the cosmos, and the akashic(sp?) records (debatable topic, I just do it because it helps).

Now, pull down from your 7th chakra into your head, and see if any information is coming (this works the best for me with precog). If you are doing precog, try to visualize the information on the topic at hand (what will happen to you tommorow, for instance) as being in a big cardboard box. Visualize connecting to it and opening it up, and let it flood you with information, and stick your consciousness in it and roam around and let the information come to you. I do this method and usually get a lot of information.

Try it out and let me know if it works for you or not, it's just my personal method Very Happy
