IS it basically just paper folded into a spinning wheel thingie? If so, does anybody have any instructions on how to make one? OR is it somthing you have to buy and can't make?

You can use alu foil insted of paper, it have lesser friction(hope I used right words, but you'll understand Laughing )

Yea, you can use aluminum foil instead of paper. I've heard it is easier to spin.

I don't know who Sam is, I found this picutre on some forum, they said this dog won contest for world's ugliest animal Laughing Laughing

Yeah, it is Sam. It's some chinese dog. It's pretty nuts. When I first saw a picture of that dog, I thought it was a new species or a deformed rate Shocked

I just tried it and i made it spin!! It just spined a very small amount, but it obviusly moved! I'm so happy! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

edit: I don't know though.. I'm starting to think I might have just breathed on it acidentally... Crying or Very sad

Put it under a cup if you cant stop accidentally breathing.
Or move it from a distance.

OK, I got far enough away from it so that it could only be affected if i blew really, really hard. And it moved! It only moved like one centimeter, but it did move! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy I'm like all shaky right now, becuase I can't believe I actually did that! It's so crazy that some people don't believe in psionics when people can give visible prove through PK.
