joriice Joined: 09 May 2006 Posts: 5	I were in my bed yesterday, practicing my daily PK and energy controlling. But when i tried to get the energy flow to my hands it started cramping. So i stopped and tried with the other hand - same thing happened. it was not a huting feeling, just that my muscles in the hand cramped. I can prabably do this with other limbs in my body. But i wanna know how come. Am I channeling the energy wrong? I want to connect the object with this strong energy (or whatever it was) but i don?t know how

MartialArtist Joined: 03 Feb 2006 Posts: 582	Are your muscles relaxed? Maybe when you want to power up the energy, you subconsciously assaciate that with tensing the muscles. Keep all the musceles relaxed and move the energy only with your mind. What could also be is that you are charging your muscles with the energy. Let the energy allow to pass through. Let them flow through your skin to the center between your hands easily.

joriice Joined: 09 May 2006 Posts: 5	no it has not anything to do with muscle tension, i am relaxed. I forgott to mention that my armhair has raised sometimes too.. but the problem for me is that i don?t just want to feel my hand buzzling and shaking, but to contoll it OUT of the body..
