hAlFaSiAnDDRpimp Joined: 19 Mar 2006 Posts: 10	i've been at it for a week or so.. (moving the psiwheel that is) and i can't get it to move.. what do you think about.. is it more of ur mind is blank and all u think about it a visual or do u just imagine the psiwheel and nothing else? ALSO.. because my house is so ventilated, i've been trying to move the psiwheel under a cup.. ALWAYS this whole time, i've tried to move it under a cup. does that make it any more difficult? or is it still easy?

I'm afraid results tend to take more than one week when dealing with PK. If you keep up with your practice and have an healthy schedule then I'm sure results will come in due time.
