Alright so i've been dabbling in Psionics for awhile now and havent quite gotten around to sheilding, I read the articles and they make sence but i need to know. When making you're sheild do you acctualy make a Psi ball and then expand it, or do you just need to visualize a sheild forming around you and concentrate on making it happen. A little advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The methods you stated are both used. There is no right way. You can use any method you like, but personally, I would use the just forming a shield rather than the psi ball approach.

i agree with psi manipulater 3000 i personally prefer just forming around me, i tried the psi ball and it didn't work for me, but whatever you like best.

If I have no shields up at the time I activate an "expander" first, which just pushes all stray energy out as it expands to shield size. You can make a shield this way as well, start it out small, program it to do what you wish, then expand it slowly adding more psi until it is the required size and shape. Then shell it and add more programming on what you want it to do.

Always when practicing shielding for the first times check them every hour or so. They will tend to fall apart easily until you get more experience.

See as for myself, I just start out with simple psiball and then start programming the texture ect and the functions. Then I expand it to head size and will it to anchor around my head. If I run my hand by my head there be a little tingling to show that the shield is still up and functioning.
