Okay I was really warm yesterday at school so I thought of a way to use psi to cool off my head. I programmed a psi ball to be cold and take energy to keep me cool. I released it and it worked... unfortunatly a little later I found it used up to much energy at once.

Any ideas on how to use less energy with this type of construct?

Sorry it's cooling construct

Try simply using biofeedback, or a construct that telepathically suggests to you that you're cold.

What exactly do you mean by 'used too much energy at once' ? If you made a construct, unless you specifically programmed it to siphon your energy to sustain itself it wouldn't really use much, if any energy. Plus, if it's siphoning off energy to cool you down, you could program it to use this energy to run on and if you shelled it, the energy loss would drop significantly. If its the taking of the energy that your refering to, you could probably program in some regulator to be selective of how much energy it takes, perhaps based off your body's current temperature.
