Darkness Joined: 06 Mar 2006 Posts: 14	Hi, i had an experience a few weeks ago. i was attempting lucid dreaming; JoeT's meathod. and suddenly my whole body flinched or jerked , it has happened 3 times, one when i was almost asleep, one when i was half asleep, and one where i was'nt sleepy at all. Could this have been an OBE do you think?
