In an attempt to "blacklist" locked topics and put them on display (to hopefully deter people from creating stupid topics), I made the lock folder icon a little big and noticable.

Maybe it will work a little bit, or maybe it won't work at all. Any opinions are welcome.

Do you have a picture of the Lock icon?

I guess you could change how the topic looks too, maybe add a [LOCKED] to it, and various variations, i.e. [LOCKED, Stupidity]; [LOCKED, Spam]...etc.

And, you could make the text italicized, or otherwise.
