If it is possible to ping someone who you cant see and who isn't expecting you to ping them, how would you focus on them? |

Yes it is possible, i've pinged over the net and to them when they arent expecting it. What I usually do is focus on their screen name, sort of like scanning a person but on on their screen name, then focus on sending that message to it, feel as if you can see the person, then do the normal telepathy techniques, it works for me atelast. |

ShadowWolf does near exactly the same as I. Though I go as far as to find their 'psi / energy signature' and send to that.
"Energy Signature", for me, is a person's unique 'mental essence'. The individual 'spark' of that person, what differentiates them from everyone else. I don't know how to describe it. Try thinking of friends / family, but remove the memories and events from them, and think of them as a 'concept' or 'feeling'. One that stays the same for that person, and sets them apart from others in your mind. Using their 'screename' to locate this energy sig. and then sending to that is what I normally do. Thats what worked for me, when trying over the 'net. Aether. |

Best thing to do is not overthink it. Psipog really sensationalises the concept of a "psi sig". |
