The very basis of working with being a telepath is understanding
and having a working methodology of Empathy.
IMO the most important thing for any empath is to learn to recognize
others emotions,and differentiate them between your own.
Learning to recieve emotions from others as well as sending
emotions to others.
learning to visualize and "paint",your emotions,Im meaning "paint" your
emotions as in learning to use mental images to skin your emotions,then
send those emotions and images by method of sending and recieving.
also being a telepath isn't about reading others minds,its about being
able to place others emotions within the context of thought.
the above steps will work in doing this for yourself,in turn you will learn
to recognize these in others.
