I was just practicing telekinesis and my chest started to hurt, when I have been trying to do it I have felt numbness there but not pain, does this mean I should stop or take a break for the day, or ignore it and keep going?

Go see a doctor. As the rules say, we cannot give medical help to anyone.

Go see a doctor if it is really hurting you. Ask them what to do.
