Hi there.

I had a little problem with Out Body Experience: when I was trying it, I suddenly couldn't breathe. This sensation lasted for 10 or 12 seconds, and since it happened, I didn't try again because I am afraid.

What do you think?

Thanks a lot.

Pablo.

Sometimes, when I try to astral project.. I feel like there's no end to my lungs capacity.. I can get an infinite amount of air... The thing is, is this real? I think not, I think it's just a perception error in between the physical breathing and the astral breathing (No need to breathe in astral, but you will if you think you have to) So my advice : Dismiss the feeling and continue with the process.. However if you have some medical problems.. you should be careful..

I have sleep apnea and its not funny Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

if you have it and try and obe through lucid dreaming ect it will pull you back. But your body always takes over and your breathing resumes. I have a mild case so the DR. tells me and I quit breathing 20 times an hour.

I wasn't laughing. if you get so relaxed that you can't breathe, it may be sleep apnea...
