Hi there.
I had a little problem with Out Body Experience: when I was trying it, I suddenly couldn't breathe. This sensation lasted for 10 or 12 seconds, and since it happened, I didn't try again because I am afraid. What do you think? Thanks a lot. Pablo. |

Sometimes, when I try to astral project.. I feel like there's no end to my lungs capacity.. I can get an infinite amount of air... The thing is, is this real? I think not, I think it's just a perception error in between the physical breathing and the astral breathing (No need to breathe in astral, but you will if you think you have to) So my advice : Dismiss the feeling and continue with the process.. However if you have some medical problems.. you should be careful.. | ||||

I have sleep apnea and its not funny ![]() ![]() ![]() if you have it and try and obe through lucid dreaming ect it will pull you back. But your body always takes over and your breathing resumes. I have a mild case so the DR. tells me and I quit breathing 20 times an hour. |

I wasn't laughing. if you get so relaxed that you can't breathe, it may be sleep apnea... |
