Lucid Dream is a controllable conscious dream. And OBE is an out of body experience which you can only control yourself and basically nothing else. It's also in the "real" world Razz .

so then what would a "reality flux" be? Im tending to beleive that an obe = a lucid dream. Too much inconsistancy.

Lucid dream is all in your head.

OBE you actually leave your body and go elsewhere.
