i was practicing today on my psi wheel that i put it on my stand up pen so i was spining it slowly as alwasy Very Happy but it was ( 7 cm X 7 cm ) so sometimes it stop spining and start to shake so i hit it lightly so make it move little -( that help me sometimes to spin it )- so i done that again and hit it but that one was little strong and i was not focus so then pen fall down and make its sound when it hit the table so i get shocked and my heart beat become faster when i get shocked , so i put the pen on stand up position and put the psi wheel again on it and try to move it but it did not move ,so i told myself maybe i need to slow my heart beat because of my shock so i slow it down and waited for while and try again i only make it shake and could not spin it .

so why i could not spin it again ? and why that shock effected on my tk?

ok its like this... when you go into a meditative state pretty much the only way you can act to abrupt noise is to fall out. (by that i mean get startled and look to where the noise came from.) You cant just ignore the noise without putting forth effort to. So when the pen fell and hit the table, you wernt expecting the noise, thus making you fall from your meditative state.

I don't think meditation is required for TK. I can speak on the phone and move the wheel at the same time. It's like pyroman put it, you have to be comfortable. At least that works for me.
