Hello Everyone!!!!! I have a question about lucid dreaming and I was wondering if any one here is able to lucid dream? If so, how do you get past that "tingling all over your body" feeling. Everytime I get that feeling I try to keep calm and just get past it. I got into that stage for a while and then accidentaly inhaled too fast and I got jumped back into consiousness. ![]() BTW: Is that tingling feeling the same as the vibrating feeling people get? And, is anyones breathing kinda "limited" in a sense while trying to lucid dream? |

Are you sure you don't really mean OBE? That tingly sensation is step 2 of the OBE process for me. |
