Do you feel tired after it, 'cause in seminars there was a notify about that you may not ever again see "normal dreams" at night, so if I only may have OBE's or similiar, do they make you feel like you've slept for whole night? Someones also said about in different positions of sleeping might lead you to "normal sleep", may it be so? And how many of you guys doesn't see "normal dreams" anymore [just to be curious ![]() |

I would assume he means the ordinary spontaneous dreams while sleeping that everyone gets.
I rarely remember mine any more, though I generally know that I was dreaming when I wake up, especially if I wake up early in the morning. I just can't remember what I was dreaming about. I find it highly doubtful that you'd automatically OBE every night if you do whatever this "seminar" told you to do. If it helps at all, Robert Bruce says - and I agree - that it is much much MUCH more difficult to OBE laying on your side for some reason. |
