I have gotten quite fluent with rolling a pencil back and forth. But I can't do it without my hands near the pencil. Does anyone know a way I might be able to overcome this? |

Hello Chakra,
What you need to understand is that your hands are not moving the object. Psychokinesis is moving phychial items using only the mind. Your hands are not your mind. You'll need to first understand that your hands are a distraction and that the object is not being moved by them. This will take time to understand so start to practice PK without your hands being close to the object. Take care. - JoeT |

i use my hands as sort of a guide. like how far my progress with a certain object is going. i know how strong i am with a certain thing when i move my hands and it either does minimal movement depending on the movement of my hands, or if my hands are further away and it moves alot. |

Heres a tip on using hands. Once you are able to get it to move with your hands at a certain distance, make the distance from your hands and the pencil a bit further away each time you do it. After awhile you should have a good distance between, enough to say that your hands don't guide it, but your mind does. |
