I was wondering, because it seems whenever I am practicing it I have to guzzle tons of water. It's very draining.

Nor me. But since psionics can be draining, I'd assume that it's possible to get thirsty or hungry from doing it.

Thirsty? No, it almost works like the opposite.. I forget about being thirsty or hungry or having to pee.

i never felt thirsty of doing tk but i get headache when i do tk alot but that was in past now if i practice 1 hour tk i dont get headache.

Not really, but sometimes I generate too much heat and I imagine my body needs to deal with it. Maybe is the same with you?

Yes. Practicing psionics in general makes me thirsty for some reason. Also, after a practice session where I have not practiced for several days prior, my palms will get hot and stay that way for 2 hours or so.

no, I dont get thirsty after I try to do it, even if it's a success or not

I just get a momentary tingly sensations in both my hands afterwards
