I suggest spinning some foil on a flat surface. I am now good with the psi wheel and i can move some foil on my desk fairly well but still needs some work. but where do i go after that? |

I thought rolling a pencil was the next step after spinning a psi wheel. |

Spinning tinfoil on a table is in my opinion better after the psiwheel, because:
1) Its the same kind of movement 2) It makes you ready for moving other things than a psiwheel 3) More friction After you can control that go on to rolling. Atleast thats what I do... |

you make you piece of foil in to an easy shape to spin while it is on a flat surface.
As for me i do not know.. should i use a toothpick for rolling? |
