Psi_energie Joined: 21 Jan 2006 Posts: 70	Hey, i was trying to get an OBE last night but when i laid down there in my bed for an hour and tryed i only got my body to sleep. I didnt knew what to do so i waited but nothing happened, so i went to sleep. But what do i have to do next time when it happens again?

balmung205 Joined: 23 Apr 2006 Posts: 53	Thats the most difficult part, you need to sleep your head also. Let your body and mind sleep but try to stay concsious then there are 2 options: 1.- Imagine some place and when your OBE is ready you will be there automatically 2.- Try to get up your astral body and go away I preffer the first option, i think its easier cause the other it's too boring for me

balmung205 Joined: 23 Apr 2006 Posts: 53	Just wait dreams come... stay calm and wait. Don't resist to the sleeping sensation simply try to acces to it but with your mind clear and conscious. Its like this: You will make an OBE if you reach conscious to the moment just before the deep sleping state
