Starting note: I have not done any study on things i am about to say so correct me if i'm wrong.
Most of the time when it comes to PK and other things that are usually limited to 30-45 minutes a day, and anything after that your head hurts and pretty much says "ow i pulled a mental muscle". Sleeping "files" everything and does the usual restoration thing.. blah blah. if someone had a nap (for about 45 minutes), trained for 30 minutes, nap, 30, nap, 30, etc. you would be able to keep training, and keep a healthy head... I know this is supposed to be fun, but i'm just wondering if it's the 12 hour wait, the sleep, the wha? I hate only having a bit of time to do the things I really like to do.. |

If you practice for 30 min, then take a nap, then practice, then nap etc... that is probably a waste of time. Although that may restore your energy so you can practice again, why not practice for 30-40 min in morning and 30-40 min in afternoon or you can set the timings your self. Lets say that you do practice 30 min, then nap, then 30 min etc... you have a headace after that, u go to sleep, when you wake up, although your energy may be restored, your headace probably will still be there. So, there comes the health issues. I'm no expert in this, if I'm wrong, please correct me. Thanks!!! |

It doesnt change anything. Humans brain starts to (generally) rest at 10 P.M. and ends resting at 4 A.M.
Naps may recharge your energy supplies and help brain organise day events, your brain is stull tired. I know, Ive read lots of smart science books |
